• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• All drive times are approximate and are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total invoice value.
If the package includes air tickets, airline cancellation policies will apply.
• 20 to 15 days prior to arrival 75% of the total invoice value.
• 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the total invoice value.
Payment Policy:
• For Foreign remittances LOCAL & OVERSEAS bank charges are to be borne by the remitter. Net amount to be credited to our account.
• Payment could be made via international bank transfer or through online payment.
• There will be a bank surcharge of 2.5% of the total invoice value for Internet Payment Gateway payments.
Guest Complaints Policy
The tour operator can address any guest complaints only if reported during the stay. Complaints made after the guests’ departure cannot be accommodated.
